  • Within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany: €29.99

  • Other EU countries: €39.99

  • International shipping outside the EU (e.g., USA, United Arab Emirates): € (Depends on the country and the furniture piece)

Note:
Customs duties and import taxes for countries outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer and are subject to the regulations of the destination country.

Shipping Partners and Insurance

We work with trusted shipping companies to ensure the safe delivery of your order:

  • DPD: For shipments within the EU (includes insurance).

  • FedEx: For international shipments outside the EU.

  • Logique: For large furniture items, such as dressers and TV cabinets, within the Netherlands and Belgium.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
Exceptions may apply during holidays or peak periods.

Delivery Times

  • Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany: 2-4 business days.

  • Other EU countries: 3-7 business days.

  • International shipping outside the EU: 7-14 business days.

Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order is shipped.

Damages or Loss

  • Within the EU: Packages are automatically insured through DPD. In case of damage or loss, please contact us immediately.

  • For shipments outside the EU: We use FedEx insurance policies.

Ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly. HC Furniture is not responsible for delays or loss due to incorrect address information.
